We aim to provide a more personalised service by only taking on a limited number of clients at a time allowing us to give each client the care, time, and attention they deserve, every step of the way. We are legal professionals and will work personally on your matter.
Over the years we have built long-lasting relationships with trusted local estate agents and mortgage brokers, who share the same client-focused values, allowing us to ensure your move is handled efficiently, transparently, and with as little stress as possible. We’re also proud to have a strong base of returning clients and new ones who come to us through personal recommendations.
HS Property Law operates through an authorised and regulated solicitors’ firm called Taylor Rose. Once we start acting for you, our letters and emails will be from us at Taylor Rose. Taylor Rose will be your solicitors, and we will be the individuals handling your matter.

I’m Harley, Consultant Conveyancer and Director of HS Property Law.
I’ve worked in conveyancing since 2015, gaining experience in both large multinational firms and smaller local high street practices. Over the years, I’ve handled all kinds of property transactions, and I’ve seen first-hand just how stressful and confusing the process can feel.
I know how important it is to feel informed and supported throughout your property journey. That’s why I started HS Property Law: to keep things simple, clear, and easy to follow, without the jargon. I take the time to listen, explain, and offer practical advice at every step, so you can feel confident in the decisions you’re making.
Professional, approachable, and detail-driven, I’m committed to making your house move as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
When I’m not helping clients move into their new homes, you’ll usually find me spending time with my friends and family, my English bulldog Hugo, baking something new, or rewatching my favourite sitcoms for the hundredth time.
